vitalimmunity Coleslaw Burgers

Burgers are always a popular, tasty, healthy and fun meal for the warmer months.

Serves: Six (6)

Total Time: 50 Minutes


  • 1 bag vitalimmunity® Slaw Mix
  • 1 Red Capsicum (sliced thinly)
  • 500g Lean Prime Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Herbs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 small Onion (finely diced)
  • Spray oil
  • 6 Wholegrain Buns
  • Mustard


Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic and onion and mix well. Season and divide mix into six, shape into patties and let chill for 20 minutes.

Pre-heat a BBQ grill, lightly sprayed with oil. Cook patties for four to five minutes each side until golden and cooked through. Combine vitalimmunity Slaw Mix with capsicum strips and add half the creamy dressing (or to your taste). Split and toast wholegrain buns. Stack with grilled lean beef patties and a generous helping of vitalimmunity Slaw. Serve with a small dollop of mustard and enjoy!
